- You reach out to me and I’ll reach back out asking you about which insurance panels you are requesting
- I’ll send you a customized form so that I can get the essential information needed to navigate the process on your behalf
- I’ll complete the credentialing forms and share them with you to review and sign
- I’ll track the applications from that point onward and keep you up to date until your application is finished being processed
How much does it cost? I am charging $125 per commercial panel.
